[Cst_pnt] Costpoint Outage - Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 5:00pm

We need to perform a small update to Costpoint in support of required tax forms.  Costpoint will be unavailable starting at 5:00pm, Thursday, February 20, 2025.  The entire update should take no longer than 90 minutes and will be available later that evening.
