If you use the BSN VDI to access Costpoint or to run Impromptu Reports, please be aware that there are some changes coming. The IT department has rebuilt the BSN VDI in a Windows 10 environment called BSN WIN10 VDI. This will eventually
replace the BSN VDI. Once you are given access, please use the new BSN WIN10 VDI instead of BSN VDI so you may confirm everything is operating as expected. The new system will allow the IT Department to remove the older BSN VDI which is running on an operating
system that will no longer be supported in 2020. Once we go through our closing and reporting process mid-December, the IT Department will remove the older BSN VDI.

Please be aware that your personal settings will need to be re-established on the new system (e.g. links, shortcuts, items on the desktop, etc.). The BSN VDI will be available through the timeframe above and may be accessed simultaneously
to make this transition easier for you. Please take the time to go into each system in preparation for the elimination of the BSN VDI mid-December. I will be unavailable for questions next week as I will be on travel, so if you need assistance before Friday,
November 22, 2019, please contact Connie Adams.
