Confessions of a Converted Lecturer
Join Harvard University Professor Eric Mazur for a special workshop  
and open forum on Dec. 10, from 3-5 p.m., in the CEBAF Center  
auditorium.

End-of-Year Radiation Badge Change Out
The semi-annual dosimeter change-out will take place starting at 11  
a.m. on Dec. 23. Everyone with a dosimeter (radiation badge) is asked  
to place it in its assigned rack before leaving JLab for the break.

Monday Deadline for PAC Proposals
Proposals for PAC 35 are due at JLab by the close of business on

Performance Appraisals
We are nearing the last phase of this year's appraisal process.  
Supervisors should begin delivering appraisals to their employees upon  
notification that the Human Resources Review is complete. All  
performance appraisals are to be delivered by Dec 14. If you have  
problems or questions, contact Bruce Ullman (x7170) or Cassandra  
Andrews (x7068).

JAG Offers JLab Merchandise Through Online Store
The Jefferson Activities Group now provides the JLab community with  
the opportunity to purchase more than 30 different items with the JLab  
logo on it. Routine orders are delivered in about two weeks by UPS  
ground shipment. Holiday orders with payment received by Dec. 14  
should be delivered by Dec. 23. The store is linked from the JAG
