SURA Road Closed Thursday for South Connector Road Striping
The new South Connector Road in front of CEBAF Center is nearing  
completion. The final step is putting down roadway striping and  
installing traffic signs. Roadway striping will require the closure of  
SURA Road (commonly called Flag Alley) on Thursday, Oct. 29. Traffic  
will be re-routed between the EEL Building and the Test Lab. This work  
is planned to begin at 7 a.m. and should be completed by 2 p.m. If you  
have any questions or concerns, e-mail Debra Brand or call x7684. A

Flu Vaccines Update
- Seasonal Flu Vaccine: The lab's supply of the seasonal flu vaccine  
has been completely used. No additional vaccine is expected.
- H1N1 Vaccine: JLab Occupational Medicine is an approved H1N1  
vaccination site, but no vaccine has been provided, and there is no  
way to know when, or if, the supply will arrive. Employees who have  
access to vaccine from other sources should not wait for JLab's

JLab Wireless Access Changes
On Saturday, Nov. 14, the CNI group will upgrade JLab's wireless  
network. This new system will allow the group to expand coverage and  
increase security. After Nov. 14:
- If you have a current JLab username and password, connect to the  
wireless network 'jlab'. You then must register your laptop by going  
to: http://reggie.jlab.org.
- If you do not have a JLab username and password, connect to the  
wireless network 'jlab_guest'. You will need the encryption key, which  
can be obtained by contacting the Helpdesk at x7155.
