[Cuga] Power Outage on JLab Campus 23-25 April---a message from Celia Whitlatch

 From 5 p.m. on Friday, 23 April through 5 p.m. Sunday, 25 April: A 
complete power outage for EEL, CEBAF Center, Test Lab and surrounding 
buildings.  The Computer Center will stay up with an alternate feed from 
Accelerator Facility.  The Guard Shack (Post #2) will be on generator.
Please pass this information on to impacted areas and make appropriate 
arrangements for power to be out in all these JLab campus areas.
