Sentara Mobile Mammography Unit Onsite Dec. 6
Several appointment slots are open for the Sentara Mobile Mammography Unit
that will be at JLab on Monday, Dec. 6, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., in the ARC parking
lot. This service is open to all employees, family members and friends,
since personal health insurances will be billed. The procedure takes 15

Wi-Fi Access Policy for JLab Business Flyers
With the advent of airplane Wi-Fi, the JLab policy on reimbursement of
communications costs is being revised. While on business travel, airplane
Wi-Fi may be reimbursed on expense reports for flights lasting longer than
two hours. Additionally, if Wi-Fi is not provided at no extra charge in
hotels, the cost for Wi-Fi service, which typically includes long distance
phone service, may also be reimbursed on the expense report. If such Wi-Fi
costs are reimbursed, they will be in lieu of personal and/or business
phone calls placed from the room. Discounts on airplane Wi-Fi is available
from GogoInflight.com, when purchased before the flight, on AirTran,
Delta, American, US Airways and United. For the holidays, you can get free
Wi-Fi on all AirTran and Delta flights through Jan. 2. If you know of
other in-flight Wi-Fi service providers, contact Carol Kinsey at
kinsey at jlab.org.

Toys For Tots Toy Drive Dec. 1-10
JLab is participating in the U.S. Marine Corps' annual Toys For Tots toy
drive. Bring in your donation of new, unopened toys for children ages 1-12
and deposit them in the collection boxes. Marked drop boxes will be
located near the main entrances of CEBAF Center, VARC, ARC, Test Lab and
the MCC through Friday, Dec. 10.
