[Cuga] NUFO: DOE Order on Foreign Visits & Assignments has been Released---a message from Zein-Eddine Meziani

I am pleased to announce that I received word today that the revised DOE 
Order on Foreign Visits &  Assignments (DOE Order 142.3A) was formally 
released on October 14.  You can find the final version at:

  The NUFO Steering Committee has already sent a thank you letter to 
Steve Chu who listened to the concerns raised by NUFO in September 
2009 and was instrumental in allowing this Order to be rewritten.
This is a wonderful example of what we can accomplish when the users 
speak with ONE voice.
