[Cuga] Update from PANIC conference co-chairs - a message of Richard Milner

Dear Colleagues,

As we enter the final six months of preparation for the PANIC11 
conference, we would like to provide a brief update.  Registration has 
been proceeding since September 2010 and abstract submission since 
December 2010.  We wish to announce that we have extended the deadline 
for abstract submission until March 1, 2011, on the advice of the 
Program Committee (PC).  While this allows more time for abstract 
submission, we strongly advise attendees from countries where US visa 
approval is a lengthy process to submit their abstracts as soon as 
possible.  Once we receive the abstract, we will make a decision and, if 
the abstract is accepted, we will issue a letter of invitation in a 
timely way. The Program Committee has largely completed its work on the 
plenary program. The list of confirmed speakers with tentative titles 
can be found at http://web.mit.edu/panic11/speakers/index.html.
