[Cuga] PAC 38 Extended Deadline- A message from Bob McKeown

The Lab is currently experiencing a cyber event.  As a precautionary 
measure, remote access to and from the Lab is being restricted.  
Internal connectivity between some lab networks is also being 
restricted.  Since the connection to the PAC38 submission page is not 
accessible, the deadline for proposals will be extended to _*Tuesday 
July 5^th *_.  Please submit your proposals no later than *_5:00 p.m. 
eastern standard time on July 5th_*.
