  Dear Jefferson Lab users,

As chair of the UG Board of Directors I would like to ask you for your 
comments and feedback concerning
recent events at Jefferson Lab. In particular, I would like to hear from 
you...
- if and how you and your group have been significantly affected by the 
"cyber event"
- what kind of suggestions you have how the lab can handle such events 
better in the future
- which kind of services are still missing that are important to your work.

The lab is still "mopping up" some of the remaining problems stemming
