[Cuga] Important information about User Office Space at Jefferson Lab- A message from Sebastian Kuhn

Dear members of the User Group,

There are several changes planned or underway at Jefferson Lab that may 
affect how users will be allocated space and how this space is utilized 
and managed. We ask you to have a look at

please note the plans for the near future:

- Some additional conversions of space for newly hired Jefferson Lab staff
- "Cleaning up" of unused and obsolete items presently stored in user 
offices (there will be a separate announcement about this following 
shortly)

We ask you to send us your comments and suggestions to all User Space 
issues - see "Ongoing Polls" on the User Group Wiki
