Abstract:

The CEBAF accelerator at Jefferson Lab is one of the most powerful
instruments in the world for dissecting the nucleon and revealing
its internal quark structure, particular in the hard to access region
at large Bjorken x.  This talk will review recent progress towards
determining quark momentum distributions in the high-x region, both
in terms of new information obtained from JLab experiments, and our
theoretical understanding of the strong interaction dynamics in this
region.
