[Cuga] Updated Beam Schedule- A message from Javier Gomez

A revised accelerator operations schedule through June 2012 has been
posted at:

This schedule covers the last run period of the "6 GeV Era" before
the start of the long shutdown period in May 2012 for completion of
the 12 GeV upgrade. It folds in requests to optimize the final weeks
of 6-GeV physics operations to the extent possible. The schedule also
includes weeks of operation for the PAC approved PEPPo experiment
(PR12-11-105) from May 25 to June 29. This experiment requires up to
an 8 MeV polarized electron beam and is staged in the CEBAF Injector.
The PEPPo collaboration and the 12GeV Project have agreed upon a plan,
reflected in the schedule,  that allows for concurrent PEPPo operations
and 12GeV upgrade work to occur concurrently.
