[Cuga] NSAC Charge - A message from Hugh Montgomery

Dear Colleagues,
 
In recent days, the Chair of NSAC, Don Geesaman, received the attached charge from the Office of Science of DOE and from NSF.
We expect to be participating strongly in the development of the NSAC response. Many of our staff and users should expect to become involved at different levels, depending on the approach NSAC decides to take.
 
Don Geesaman is, of course, taking input on all possible aspects.
