Dear JLab post-docs,

The JSA Promising Young Scientist program is now accepting
applications for the academic year 2012-2013. Applications are due on
Monday May 14, 2012.

With the support of JSA, we invite some of the best and brightest
post-doctoral researchers affiliated with JLab to present a colloquium
and meet with the faculty at one of the participating institutions.
We assist the candidates in crafting an accessible colloquium talk,
and collect constructive criticism from the audience. Ultimately,
this will provide the candidate with valuable experience when
competing for permanent positions. Several past participants who have
gone on to faculty positions have reported that the JSA Promising
Young Scientist program helped them prepare for job interviews.

For more details on the program, including instructions on how to
apply, please consult the JSA Promising Young Scientist program
