[Cuga] 12 GeV White Paper is now available- A message from Bob McKeown

The white paper, "Physics Opportunities with the 12 GeV Upgrade at 
Jefferson Lab",
is now posted at http://arxiv.org/abs/1208.1244 .

I would like to thank the editors and writers for their efforts over the 
last few months to produce this important document. Susan Brown provided 
outstanding administrative support, and Mary Beth Stewart and Joanna 
Griffin helped produce the figures.

Of course, the material in the white paper is a synthesis of a large 
body of work by Jefferson Lab users and staff and so I would also like 
to express my gratitude and appreciation to our whole user community for 
their dedication and hard work to develop this impressive science 
program. Finally, I especially thank the users who provided comments and 
input to the white paper.
