[Cuga] Hall A Status Update- A message from Javier Gomez

Dear Colleagues,

As many of you know, Hall A has been going through the process of 
installing the g2p/GEp experiments. The experiment installation was 
completed on Friday, March 2, and Hall A transitioned to beam permit on 
that day. Please make sure that
(a) your training is up to date to access Hall A
(b) you have read and acknowledged all the required experiment 
operations documentation (Conduct Of Operations [COO], Experiment Safety 
Assessment Document  [ESAD] and referenced OSPs/TOSPs, Radiation Safety 
Assessment Document [RSAD] as well as the Hall A Radiation Work Permit 
[RWP])
(c) you contact the Run and Work Coordinators before conducting any work 
in the hall.
