Late Registration will be open until Friday, June 1st. Please check the program for updates.

The 2012 JLab User's Group Annual Meeting will take place on _*June 4-6, 2012*_ at Jefferson Lab.
The program includes a variety of physics talks, presentations from the User Group Board,
laboratory management and funding agencies, and talks from our new APS fellows and Prize winners.

Your participation is important, and we strongly urge everyone to
register now (athttp://conferences.jlab.org/ugm/index.html  ), and make
plans to attend. We particularly encourage  graduate students to attend
the annual meeting.

Please come and find out more about the
plans of DOE, NSF, and the laboratory in the coming years. The
main theme of this year's meeting is "The end of the 6 GeV era at
Jefferson Lab". The Annual User Group Meeting plays a central role
in maintaining the coherence and effectiveness of our community.
Your User Group Board is working hard to put together a good
meeting, and we very much hope to see you there!
