[Cuga] EIC Detector Advisory Committee meeting Dec 13-14 - A message from Tom Ludlam

The EIC Generic Detector R&D Advisory Committee will meet on December
13-14, 2012, at Brookhaven Lab, to consider new and updated proposals
for FY 2013 funding, and discuss the general progress and direction of
the program. Public discussion and presentations of proposals will take
place on Dec. 13.

The current call for proposals, issued last summer, set a deadline for
submission on October 26, 2012. Since the Advisory Committee meeting
has now been scheduled at a later time than originally anticipated, the
submission date for proposals has been extended to November 12, 2012.
