We are pleased to inform that the registration and abstract submission 
to the
INPC2013 Conference is now open: http://www.inpc2013.it/
and the second circular is now available.

We kindly remind you that the deadline for Abstract Submission and 
Student Support request is on *January 15* and the deadline for early 
registration****is on *March  31*.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Firenze next June.
