C100 Cryomodule Naming Event
All JLab staff and users are invited to celebrate the completion of the 10 cryomodules designed and built for CEBAF’s 12 GeV Upgrade in a cryomodule naming event in the Test Lab Addition High Bay at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12. Lab Director Hugh Montgomery and Associate Director of the Accelerator Division Andrew Hutton will recognize the SRF working groups’ contributions to the project and announce the cryomodule-naming contest winners. The SRF working groups and cryomodule-naming contest winners will receive a special commemorative C100 T-shirt.

2013 Benefits Open Enrollment Is Underwway
The 2013 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period for Jefferson Lab regular and term employees will be offered through March 1. Employees may review and, if necessary, modify benefits options via the Employee Self Service System (ESS). As in the past, if you are not changing benefits, selecting a medical option outside of the default health plan and do not enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you do not need to re-enroll. Your current benefit elections will remain on file and be effective for the new benefit year. The Human Resources Benefits page contains valuable information. Come Out and Play on the JLab Softball Team!
The JLab co-ed softball team is now forming for the 2013 spring/summer season. All are invited to try their hand with a bat and glove. To express an interest in joining the team, send an email to Casey Heck, heck at jlab.org. Practices are tentatively scheduled for Sundays, and the team would play in the York County Co-Ed Industrial League on Friday nights, April through July.

JLab Golf League Forming for Season; Meeting on Feb. 27
JLab golfers, and those who would like to be, are invited to join the JLab Golf League for the 2013 season. An organizational meeting will be held in the Applied Research Center conference room 231/233 on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at noon to discuss plans for the 2013 season. No food will be served at the meeting, but attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch. More information and an agenda can be found online. Questions may be directed to Mike Zarecky, x7609.
