JLab Computer Systems Maintenance Period, Tuesday, June 18, 5-7 p.m.
The CNI group is planning a computer systems maintenance period for Tuesday, June 18, 5-7 p.m. During this time, the cc.jlab.org web server will be offline while it is upgraded, and most other web servers will be offline intermittently for system patch installation. The Zimbra email system may have a short down (less than five minutes) in order to install an updated license file. Finally, Windows and Linux patches will be pushed out to all desktop systems. Plan now to reboot your system on the following Wednesday or Thursday in order to finalize patch installation.

Personal Dosimeter Change Out Set for Monday, July 8
Jefferson Lab's semi-annual personal dosimeter change out will take place during the afternoon of Monday, July 8. Be sure to put your dosimeter in its place in the personal dosimeter racks no later than 1 p.m. on July 8. This includes the dosimeters of all staff, students, users and subcontractors. If you need to use your dosimeter during the change out period on July 8, you may exchange it that morning in the Radiation Control Dosimetry Office in Trailer 52B, Room 4, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. If you are leaving for an extended Independence Day holiday break, be sure to put your dosimeter in its rack before departing. Desk Delivery of Office Products
The office supply business, Forms & Supply Inc., will begin desktop deliveries of office supplies at Jefferson Lab next week. Those who placed orders will be asked to sign for deliveries, and the signed packing slips will be provided to Jefferson Lab Shipping & Receiving, Bldg. 90, Room 103. Undelivered items will be taken to Shipping & Receiving for future delivery. It is anticipated this new process will speed up delivery of office supplies by one business day. Last 12 GeV Upgrade Cryomodule Moved to Tunnel
Photos and videos of the final C100 cryomodule being moved into place are available on the lab's flickr website. Also, photos of the completed forward calorimeter in Hall D are available on flickr. Jefferson Lab Land Use Plan Posted
A new map showing the locations of the proposed mixed-use development by W.M. Jordan Co. and S.J. Collins and the proposed Electron-Ion Collider facilities is now available and linked from the announcement on Insight: https://www.jlab.org/sites/default/files/images/news/memo/EIC_VT_D1.pdf

New Jefferson Lab Powerpoint Templates Available for Use
Several new templates are now available for use in talks featuring Jefferson Lab business and research. The templates may be downloaded from the logo and templates webpage: http://www.jlab.org//div_dept/dir_off/public_affairs/logo/
