[Cuga] Urgent: Potential Helium Supply Interruption- A message from John Arrington

Dear JLab Scientific Community,

As you may know, there is a significant concern that supplies of Helium, 
critical to many areas of scientific research, could be interrupted if 
sales from the Bureau of Land Management are interrupted when their 
current authorization for such sales expires.  This could have a drastic 
impact on a broad range of important research.  The APS president sent 
out a recent email explaining the importance of this issue, and the 
urgency with which it needs to be addressed.
