If you have a winning ticket,please contact Josh Cameron at ext. 7628 or 
Rhonda Barbosa at ext. 5991 or stop by the office in the CEBAF Center, 
Room B214 to claim your prize. A few reminders:

  * If a prize is not claimed by Friday, October 31, 2014 at close of
    business, other tickets will be drawn. /Therefore, keep your tickets!/
  * Announcements of the iPad winners will be posted on Insight.
  * All pledge forms should be submitted to Josh Cameron.  If you do not
    already have a pledge form, Josh has hard copies available in his
    office.
