[Cuga] Second Announcement for EIC Users Group Meeting- A message from Barbara Jacak

Dear Friends and Colleagues,


This is the second announcement of the Electron Ion Collider (EIC) Users 
Group Meeting, which will be held at UC Berkeley's Le Conte Hall 
from January 6-9, 2016.  We have now posted the agenda for the meeting, 
so please have a look. Also, we are delighted to announce that the 
meeting will include a public lecture by Frank Wilczek on Intersections 
of Art and Science. The agenda can be found, along with the registration

Important dates and highlights:


- Registration will close December 18, 2015


- Hotel and onsite housing are filling up and several of the blocked 
rooms will be released as soon as December 5 (!), so please make your 
housing arrangements as soon as possible.  The Durant and Shattuck 
hotels are within walking distance to the meeting venue, many 
restaurants, and public transportation to area airports.


- If you would like to present a talk at this meeting, please contact 
the session conveners for the sessions found via the above meeting page.
