[Cuga] Summer Students visiting JLab- A message from Lorelei

Order Form That time of year has come again, when the semester ends, 
summer begins and JLab is filled with students from all over the world 
for numerous summer activities. The User Office would like to remind the 
advisors, sponsors and hosts to have your students register and complete 
basic training _prior_ to their arrival at JLab.

If you will be working with an undergraduate student this summer, please 
remember that all undergraduates must take the Student Safety class 
(SAF099), in person and on-site, before the student will receive a 
badge. You are responsible to escort your student at all times until the 
student is badged. Please contact Steve Gagnon (gagnon at jlab.org 
<mailto:gagnon at jlab.org>) in advance of the student’s arrival to 
schedule a class.
