[Cuga] Third International Summer School of QCD - a message from Franck Sabatié

The registration to the Third International Summer School of QCD is now open. 
The school will take place at LPT, Orsay, France from June 20 - July 1 2016. 
The focus of this iteration is highly relevant to the EIC project:

Dense systems in QCD at asymptotical energies

As for the two previous sessions in 2012 and 2014, the key idea of this school 
is to start from a non-expert level, with the aim of reaching an up-to-date and 
top level. This point has been reinforced this year by increasing its duration 
from one to two weeks, now with more than 50 hours of lectures from world experts 
in the field. Note that for the first time, all lectures will be done on the 
blackboard.

The participation to this school is free of charge and a limited number of travel 
grants is available for PhD students. A few time slots will be available to PhD 
students and post-docs so that they can present their own work.
