The ballot for the election of new members of the Users Group Board of
Directors (UGBoD) is now available.

You will elect the following new representatives to the Users Group
Board of Directors (UGBoD): Vice chair, 3 At-large members, Graduate
Student Rep. and a Postdoc Rep. I hope you will all participate in this
election. This year's nomination committee is chaired by Patricia
Solvignon and with Raffaella Devita, Nilanga Liyanage, Roy Miskimen,
Reinhard Schmacher, and Christian Weiss serving on the committee. I
would like to thank the committee for its hard work in coming up with a
strong slate of candidates and also like to thank all the candidates who
agreed to run.

Voting will close on April 20th at 5pm EST.

A few reminders:

   * The Jefferson Lab Users Group will hold a Users’ Group Satellite
     Meeting during the APS Spring Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah, April
     16-19, 2016:http://www.aps.org/meetings/april/index.cfm.  This
     meeting is scheduled on Saturday, April 16th at 12:30 pm in the Deer
     Valley I‐III room at Salt Lake City Marriott. If you are attending
     the APS meeting please come to this meeting! Lunch will be provided.

   * Finally, please mark your calendars for the 2016 Users Group Meeting
     at Jefferson Lab, June 20-22, 2016. Registration will open shortly!
