New JLab SOTRs Can Get Required Training on June 9 
Jefferson Lab will hold Subcontracting Officer Technical Representative (SOTR) training (GEN020) on Thursday, June 9, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in CEBAF Center room L102. If you have questions or plan to attend, register by 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, through the Learning Management System, or contact Mitch Laney, x5338. TIAA-CREF Individual Counseling Sessions Offered Summer-Fall 2016 
TIAA-CREF will be offering Individual Counseling Sessions at Jefferson Lab, where you can discuss your personal financial situation with a TIAA-CREF financial consultant on a confidential basis. The sessions will be available in room 22i in the SSC (Bldg. 28) on the following dates: June 30, July 28, August 25, Sept. 29 and Oct. 27. To schedule an appointment call TIAA-CREF at (800) 732-8353, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (ET). 

Pressure Systems Safety Awareness (SAF 130A) Training June 15 Session Location Changed 
The Pressure Systems Safety Awareness (SAF130A) course will cover basic considerations and provide insight into the required process for the design, fabrication, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair and operation of pressure systems. SAF130A will be offered on Wednesday, June 15, at 1:30 p.m. in CEBAF Center room F224-225. Inventory of Personal Property Begins Soon 
The annual physical inventory of personal property will start June 6. It’s recommended that all Jefferson Lab Property Custodians, which includes anyone who is assigned Jefferson Lab property, to be prepared to make items available for this process and to excess any items that the custodian no longer needs for business purposes. Property Custodians are reminded that you many not dispose of items in the Central Material Storage Area without first communicating with Property Management. JSA Announces Graduate Fellows and Sabbatical Leave Support 
Jefferson Sciences Associates, LLC, has announced the award of eight JSA/Jefferson Lab graduate fellowships for 2016-2017. The doctoral students will use the fellowships to support their advanced studies at their universities and conduct research at Jefferson Lab. The program is supported by the JSA Initiatives Fund, and each $12,000 fellowship award contributes to the student’s research assistant stipend and is supplemented by support from the home institution. See the announcement for the full list of graduate fellows. JSA also awarded support to University of South Carolina Professor Ralf Gothe for his sabbatical leave at Jefferson Lab in 2017.
