Please find attached the FY2017 Call for Proposals for Generic Detector
R&D for an Electron-Ion Collider, in advance of an anticipated Committee
meeting July 6-7, 2016 at Argonne National Laboratory.

Note that EIC R&D meeting is followed by the EIC User Group
Meeting at ANL.
