[Cuga] SESAPS final announcement- a message from Simonetta Liuti

Dear Users,

I would like to remind all about the upcoming SESAPS meeting that will 
be held in Charlottesville on Nov.10-12, 2016.

We have planned several hadronic physics sessions on Jlab and TUNL 
(Convener: Kent Pashke), Jlab Physics (Convener: Xiaochao Zheng), Hot 
and Cold QCD (Convener: Nadia Fomin), Hadronic Physics (Convener: 
Simonetta Liuti), as well as a session on New Trends in Biological 
Physics (Convener: Gordon Cates), a public lecture by the Noble Prize 
winner Adam Riess, a banquet talk by Joseph A. Giaime (head of LIGO), a 
Women in Physics panel, and sessions on Diversity and Physics and Society.

If you are planning to attend, please remember to register for the 
upcoming SESAPS meeting and to upload your abstract (whether for an 
invited or a contributed talk, abstract are due October 7th). There will 
also be a Poster Session on Friday, Nov. 11th: this is an especially 
good venue for both undergraduate and graduate students to present their 
work. Please remember to make your hotel reservation timely: it does get 
busy on weekends.
