July 2017 EIC Users Group Meeting in Trieste, Italy - July 18-22

The July 2017 EICUG (Electron Ion Collider User Group meeting
will be hosted by INFN - Trieste, Italy in period July 18-22, 2017.
All the information about the meeting can be found in the dedicated web

The meeting will discuss the future plans for the Electron Ion Collider,
review the advancements in the strengthening the physics case, and
discussing the technical plans for the collider and detectors.
It offers a favorable opportunity to the interested Italian and
European community for a deeper contact with the project and the
User Group.
The meeting, as well as the previous ones, is organized in plenary sessions
and parallel sessions. The meeting opening is on Wednesday 19 July with
plenary sessions on  Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, while parallel
sessions with contributed talks are on Friday.
On  Tuesday 18 July  a Workshop on Accelerators to discuss the machine
and related issues is organized.

Please, REGISTER to the meeting as soon as you can in order
to help us in organization aspects.
Letters  for the VISA in case of need will be provided upon request.

We invite you to an active participation by submitting ABSTRACTS
for contributions to the parallel sessions.
The deadline for abstracts submission  is on  June 15.
Later abstracts will be in any case reviewed even if the acceptance
cannot be fully granted.
