[Cuga] Physics in Collision, PIC2018, 11th-15th September, Bogota, Colombia- a message from Diego Milanes

Dear Colleagues,

The XXXVIII International Symposium on Physics in Collision (PIC2018) 
will be held in Bogota, on 11th-15th September 2018. This is a 
conference whose focus is to update key topics in elementary particle 
physics in which recent results have been presented.

Invited speakers will give plenary reviews on current topics in 
elementary particle physics and astrophysics with the aim of encouraging 
informal discussions of new experimental results and their implications.

We invite the particle and astroparticle physics community and 
experiments to submit abstracts for poster presentations. The deadline 
for abstract submission is 1st  June, 2018. In the conference webpage,

A reduced fee will be charged to participants from Latin American 
institutes in an attempt to boost participation from nearby countries 
and in such a way to promote particle physics in the region.
