[Cuga] *Update* January 2018- December 2018 Experiment Schedule - a message from R. Ent/A. Freyberger for the Experiment Scheduling Committee

The beam schedule through December 2018 has been updated to account for 
hardware
difficulties encountered during Fall 2017 in both the accelerator and 
the halls.
Difficulties with the pass separation systems precluded from delivering 
beam to Hall D
for most of the two weeks of scheduled beam. Hall A could not get access 
to the
scheduled pass (energy) it needed, and had to stop early due to a target 
system
lifting system failure. The Hall C optics calibrations were started but 
got delayed
due to a hardware problem with the dipole magnet and the repair. Hall B 
made good
progress on their engineering run.

In the startup of operations in January, four-Hall operations were 
successfully
established, a major milestone achievement.
