Dear Colleagues,

We would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting an abstract for FB22 is
fast approaching - 9 April .

As noted in our earlier messages, we have around 100 slots available for contributed
presentations and a similar number of places available for the poster session. Papers
based on all presentations, including posters, will be eligible to be published in the conference
proceedings.

We would also encourage you to consider registering soon. The deadline to avoid paying the late
registration fee is 18 May . Please note that considerably reduced registration fees are available
for students.

Abstract submission and registration should be done through the conference website:

https://fb22-caen.sciencesconf.org/

Practical information is also available on the website and is being updated as needed.

The formal conference programme will begin on Monday 9 July at 8:50am and end on Friday 13 July
at around 5:30 pm following a special plenary talk " Looking back, looking forward " by Jean-Marc
Richard (IPN Lyon).

Finally we would encourage you to consider making your hotel reservation in the near future.
Many hotels offer significant reductions for advanced prepaid bookings. We would also suggest that
unless it is absolutely necessary, you consider leaving Caen (if traveling via Paris) on the Saturday.
Trains on the Friday afternoon/evenings from Caen to Paris are typically very heavily booked.

Looking forward to seeing you in Normandy in July,
