[Cuga] Hotel Reservation deadline for QCD Evolution 2018- a message from Alexey Prokudin

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to remind you that the deadline to book a room for the 
2018 QCD Evolution workshop is rapidly approaching. After April 19, the 
hotel will not offer the government lodging rate of $119/night. (A check 
on the Drury Hotels website shows a standard rate of $220/night for the 
dates of the conference.) We thank those who have confirmed they 
participation in the workshop and encourage you to register at your 
earliest convenience. Details are provided below.

The registration fee of $250 will cover breakfasts, reception, the 
conference banquet dinner, and coffee breaks. If you would like to bring 
a guest with you to the banquet dinner, that fee is $40. The conference 
hotel is the Drury Plaza Hotel in Downtown Santa Fe, NM. The rate is 
$119.00 plus tax - the current government per diem rate and is 
guaranteed if reserved prior to the reservation deadline.  This is a 
deeply discounted rate for Santa Fe, so please make your reservations
