Registration is now open for the upcoming workshop, "Parton
Distributions as a Bridge from Low to High Energies", to take place on
November 8 and 9, 2018, in coordination with the upcoming CTEQ Fall
meeting at Jefferson Lab planned for Saturday, November 10.

This workshop will focus on the coupled problem of determination of
precise parton distribution functions and nonperturbative QCD
contributions over a wide range of scattering energies and targets. We
aim to address questions such as how can the new experiments envisioned
for the high-luminosity LHC era, such as Jefferson Lab at 12 GeV,
neutrino experiments at FNAL, and the Electron-Ion Collider, advance
understanding of parton distribution functions and the 3-dimensional
structure of nucleons and nuclei, while also probing nonperturbative
effects? What can be learned about QCD from a combination of high-energy
and low-energy data? Which theoretical developments and theoretical
tools will be necessary to interpret precise lepton-hadron scattering
experiments in the near future?

Further information regarding the workshop, including a near-final
agenda and registration information, may be found at

Please feel free and encouraged to forward this announcement to your
collaborators and other interested colleagues. We hope that you can join
us for this timely workshop!
