Abstract: MARATHON experiment is one of a set of tritium experiments ran in Hall A last spring.

The goal of this experiment was to perform precise measurements of the deep inelastic cross section

ratio for scattering from any two of the H3, He3 and D2. These measurements will result in the

extraction of the nucleon structure function ratio(F2n/F2p) with minimal theoretical uncertainties by

taking advantage of the mirror symmetry of the H3, He3 and also determine the EMC effect for them.

In this talk, a brief introduction for the MARATHON experiment and some updates for MARATHON

analysis status will be presented.
