Dear User Community,
To enhance the user and staff experience, we have consolidated the Annual Security Awareness training into one course. This is now reflected in your JTA as course GEN034, via the web-based training page and it is listed in each training record. Associated with this training course, users will review the Lab's Community Standards document in order to get credit for the course. If you completed the User course (skill code GEN034U) between January 2, 2019 and January 25, 2019, you will receive credit for GEN034 and your badge will remain active. As a general reminder, the GEN034 course must be completed by January 31 to continue to have uninterrupted site access.
The Lab's Community Standards guide behaviors of all employees, users, students, visitors and subcontractors while at the Lab and embodies the core values that foster an inclusive and diverse work environment. Community Standards posters will also be located throughout the campus as well as displayed during events such as conferences, collaborations and workshops to reinforce awareness. We would like to thank the UGBOD for their engagement and input on this document.
