[Cuga] PAC48 will be held by remote connection- a message from Bob McKeown

This message is to inform you that the PAC48 meeting, scheduled for
August 10-14, will be held by remote connection. With the range of time
zones involved it will be challenging to draft an agenda that will
accommodate everyone, but we will do our best to minimize the impact on
presenters and PAC members in various time zones. We will need some time
to work this out, but we will send a draft agenda in the near future.
Thank you for your patience, and I hope you are all staying healthy and
safe.
