    Dear Colleagues,

    Attached please find the second circular of the 24th International Spin
    Symposium (SPIN2021) to be held in Matsue, Japan on October 18-22, 2021.
    This symposium will be held in a hybrid style, allowing both in-person
    (onsite) and remote (online) participation. The registration is now open
