We would welcome your participation.

In order to ensure that you are kept aware of developments and provided with the ZOOM information, etc., please register at:
<https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/14253/registration/><https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__indico.ihep.ac.cn_event_14253_registration_&d=DwMDaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=5d2A05CBcg701rhFXA73zw&m=RDzO_1tmX0Kzfg3HOBvYQ9LYVyERFwCUaCHy51N3yC8&s=32kaYPTEFlGi-h4GC41935oHMCswK0sYsW5gjk4GtWU&e=>

If you do not already have an active IHEP(Beijing)-INDICO account, these are the steps you should follow:
1. Connect to https://login.ihep.ac.cn/registIndico.jsp<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__login.ihep.ac.cn_registIndico.jsp&d=DwMDaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=5d2A05CBcg701rhFXA73zw&m=RDzO_1tmX0Kzfg3HOBvYQ9LYVyERFwCUaCHy51N3yC8&s=Jpgf9kIHHahzF-AbXO8IfwMyPmIXsu749iuYVhZ6N0U&e=> . This will open a page which looks like that attached to this note. Input the information requested. N.B.
(a) IHEP User = No.
(b) In connection with "Security Control", do NOT choose "contact person". Choose "Collaboration". A field of collaborations will open. Ignore it. There is no need to actually identify a collaboration from this list. Clicking "Collaboration" without choosing a specific collaboration is enough to continue.
2. Open the link received in the email box you listed as your email address.
3. Then, the process is complete.

If you nevertheless encounter difficulties with the process, simply send this information
" First name, Surname, Institution, Country, email "
e.g.
Craig, Roberts, Nanjing University, China, cdroberts at nju.edu.cn<mailto:cdroberts at nju.edu.cn>
to Assoc. Prof. Z.-F. Cui at <phycui at nju.edu.cn><mailto:phycui at nju.edu.cn>, so that we may ensure your details are incorporated without fuss.

Thank you and all the best,
Cui and Craig (for the organizers)
