To all:

Just a reminder to upload your vaccination card or negative test results (taken within three days of your arrival date for undisclosed Users) to allow site access with an approved onsite registration. Most users were switched to "remote" status, so a new registration<https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/> is needed for onsite access. Please send registration questions to access at jlab.org<mailto:access at jlab.org>.


Individual training-related skill status can be reviewed at the Insight page<https://misportal.jlab.org/InsightWebProject/appmanager/Insight/InsightDesktop>. Login with your JLab username and password. Training-related Skills can be found on the left side of the page, under Personal Information.


For unvaccinated, undisclosed Users: JSA Security will reactivate badge access for these Users for seven days. Undisclosed Users will be required to submit test results each week or until they are considered fully vaccinated to Occupational Medicine to retain site access privileges.

Q:  I submitted my vaccination record already? How can I verify that it was uploaded and verified?

A:  You can confirm your vaccination status by:

      Logging into Insight. Requires VDI or VPN access.

  *   Clicking the "JList" link, under the "Popular Applications" section
  *   From there, clicking the "People" option shown in the left-hand menu
  *   Selecting the “My Vax Status” to see if the lab has your correct vaccination status
