[Cuga] Updated Run Schedule: a message from Nuclear Physics Scheduling Committee

Message from the Nuclear Physics Experiment Scheduling Committee:



The schedule for the experimental halls has been updated to reflect a slower than expected startup (see attached document).  As of the writing of the memo, the experiments in Halls B & D are now fully underway and Hall C is receiving 65 uA out of an expected 80 uA with efforts underway to achieve full current.  Independently, the polarized 3He cell production for Hall A has also been slow to ramp up, which has shifted the expected start date to late September.
