Given that the deadline for providing the white paper to the Long Range Planning committee is end of February, we ask you to please kindly provide the author information at your earliest convenience, and provide comments on the draft no later than Friday Feb. 17th, to allow us sufficient time to review comments and incorporate them where applicable.

Please also forward this email to QCD community members who may not have registered for the QCD Town Meeting.
