The Jefferson Lab Users Organization Board of Directors, with the generous support from the Jefferson Science Associates, is pleased to invite nominations for the 2022 Jefferson Science Associates Thesis Prize. The prize recognizes doctoral theses and accomplishments of exceptional quality related to research carried out at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. The recipient will receive a commemorative plaque, a check of $2,500, an invitation and travel reimbursement up to $750 to present a talk and receive the prize at the 2023 Annual Users Group meeting at Jefferson Lab this June. Nominations of dissertations in experimental, theoretical, accelerator physics, and related areas are welcome. Applications received by March 1, 2023, C.O.B. EST will be given full consideration. Jefferson Lab employees are not eligible to apply.
