[Cuga] DEIA survey: please participate ASAP- A message from Carlos Munoz Camacho

Dear colleagues,

   Two weeks ago JLab invited users to participate to its Inclusion
Survey. Despite several reminders, the user participation is still
very low at this moment. The survey closes on Wednesday Jan 25, so I'd
like to encourage you to fill in the survey as soon as possible (it
takes no longer than 5-10 min).

You should have received an email from 'Culture Amp' (please check
your spam folder if you can't find it) on Jan 11 with an individual
link to participate (the survey is anonymous, though), and a reminder
on Jan 18. The emails were sent to all users who have JLab email
addresses and who have used their badge on site within the last 3
years. If you believe you belong to this set of users and you didn't
receive the email, please let me know.

We really appreciate your help in making Jefferson Lab a more
inclusive environment.
