[Cuga] PyHEP 2023 Workshop, October 9-12 2023: Registration and abstract submission are open! - A message from Eduardo Rodrigues

Dear colleague,

The PyHEP 2023 users workshop will be a virtual workshop taking place on October 9-12. (Note that this is distinct from thePyHEP.dev 2023 developers workshop on July 25-28, though you’re welcome to attend both!)

There are no registration fees nor a limit on the number of participants.

The deadline for abstract submission is 6 September 2023.

The agenda will be composed of standard talks of 30’ for presenting new results or libraries, long talks (40-50’) meant as a pedagogical introduction to a technique, and lightning talks, of 10’, which can promote packages and tools still in development.

Provisionally, the various sessions will take place in the afternoons on the Central Europe time zone, following the information from the last two years on the times that suit most participants across the globe.
