Projects can be workshops or collaboration meetings. Other formats can be proposed and will be evaluated by the Board on a case-by-case basis.

Decisions on approvals will be made at the meeting of the Scientific Board at the end of May. Therefore, proposals should arrive before May 12, 2023.
