[Cuga] Sign-up for the Jefferson Lab Open House- A message from Douglas Higinbotham

Dear Jefferson Lab User Community,



Jefferson Lab will be having its next Open House on June 8th from 9am to 3pm and for those of you in the area need your help to make this event a success.



Please consider signing up at:

For those who wish to both see the event and help, I would suggest seeing the event in the morning and then helping in the afternoon when it tends to get crowded and your help would be greatly appreciated.



As a JLab user, your knowledge of the lab can help visitors get around, so please consider helping with as a guide on the buses and/or along the walking paths in addition to traditional locations such as one of the experimental halls or helping with the tunnel tours.



Open house volunteers will get a t-shirt to wear the day of the event that they will get to keep and water & snacks will be provided.    For those who are volunteering all day, food will even be provided.
